• Able to read and understand construction drawings • Able to check mismatched construction drawings of multiple parts (CSA) • Able to perform work by the Supervisor’s requirements as well as supervising subordinate • Able to plan construction and order materials • Able to estimate the quantity of work • Able to work on-site for construction control, quality control, and safety control • Able to prepare documents for progress monitoring, QC check sheet

Qualifications

Age preferably 28-40
Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other related field
At least 5 years experience in construction site
Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Revit, MS Project
Good command in English
Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate
Able to work under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
