-Manage the entire operations to get company target of all functions. -Manage and Develop the effectiveness of the quality management system. -Establish the business plan (Marketing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Logistics). -Establish target for subordinates and monitor them to achieve the target in line with the company budget. -Company spokesman for press and public in order to strengthen company good image. -Develop morale of overall staff. -Manage deadline of assignment from EVP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and above in MBA
Can use English language
Minimum of 5 year in Sales and Marketing
Minimum of 5 year in Management
Can use Microsoft office Excel, Power Point, Word.
