Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Development Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with readiness to work in the office when required.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Plan and perform software testing for web/mobile applications and CMS (Backend)
- Create real-world scenarios and Test Cases that are easy for clients to understand and follow.
- Develop Test Scripts and manage the necessary environments, data, and scenarios for testing.
- Conduct internal testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software functions meet all technical specifications.
- Summarize testing results and communicate them to developers and relevant stakeholders
- Identify and track potential issues and bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
- Present Test Cases and results to clients clearly and effectively.
- Verify that the User Interface (UI) is consistent and user-friendly. Conduct occasional on-site testing to ensure the system meets all standards before delivery.
- Ensure the final solution is fully functional at the client’s location before handover.
- Provide direct support for any issues reported by users during and after the UAT phase, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution.
