Job Descriptions

- Provide full support to Company operations on technical computing including hardware and software applications, networking etc. to internal IT users such as trouble-shooting, analyzing, maintaining, etc. in order to proactively and effectively applies IT solution. - Maintain IT Service Management process to be in compliance with IT Infrastructure Security, Information Protection, company's policies, procedures and guidelines. - Support, assist and implement the IT related projects according to IT Service Improvement Plan, implementation of new software packages etc. - Develop and implement standards, processes, and systems to manage change in infrastructure. Participate in a formal, global communications network. - Ensuring that overall operation including System Enhancement, Maintenance and Correction are up to expectation of internal and external users - Manage the team and provide IT support staff with advice.

Qualifications

Male or Female, 30-45 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related.
Good English communication.
Work Experience 3 – 5 years in Computer Systems related to Windows Server, Software, and IT Management.
Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, Basic computer setup, including Microsoft platform.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive equipment support experience with PC’s.
Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Able to travel to other provinces from time to time.
Have high leadership skills
