Job DescriptionsSecretarial and Administrative Duties (60%)
•Provide secretarial support to the executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence.
•Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital) for the marketing team.
•Manage the calendar of the executives, arrange travel itineraries, and organize meetings and appointments.
•Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls) for the marketing department.
•Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
•Building relationships with customers and partners Personal Assistants/Executive Secretary.
Marketing Coordination (40%)
•Assist CMO in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content, etc.).
•Coordinate marketing events.
•Maintain and update the company’s marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
•Prepare and analyze marketing reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
•Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time.
•Assist in the creation of marketing content (e.g., newsletters, brochures, and presentations).
•Support the sales team with collateral, lead generation, sales reports and CRM updates.
•Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, including social media profiles.
•Manage marketing materials inventory.
•Able to travel for business domestically and internationally when needed.
