Job Descriptions
Marketing Coordination (70%) • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content, etc.). • Coordinate marketing events. • Maintain and update the company’s marketing materials, website, and social media platforms. • Prepare and analyze marketing reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements. • Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time. • Assist in the creation of marketing content (e.g., newsletters, brochures, and presentations). • Support the sales team with collateral, lead generation, and CRM updates. • Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, including social media profiles. Secretarial and Administrative Duties (30%) • Provide secretarial support to the executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence. • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital) for the marketing team. • Manage the calendar of the executives, arrange travel itineraries, and organize meetings and appointments. • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls) for the marketing department. • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports. • Manage marketing materials inventory.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to administrative/secretarial tasks.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  4. Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English & Thai and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics)
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  8. Highly organized with attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
