• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content, etc.).
• Coordinate marketing events.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
• Prepare and analyze marketing reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time.
• Assist in the creation of marketing content (e.g., newsletters, brochures, and presentations).
• Support the sales team with collateral, lead generation, and CRM updates.
• Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, including social media profiles.
Secretarial and Administrative Duties (30%)
• Provide secretarial support to the executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital) for the marketing team.
• Manage the calendar of the executives, arrange travel itineraries, and organize meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls) for the marketing department.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Manage marketing materials inventory.
