Job Descriptions
SAP Monitoring:
- Oversee interface job status and performance.
- Validate backup success and integrity.
On-Premise Datacenter Health Check:
- Verify hardware status (servers, storage, network devices).
On-Premise VMware Server Farm Health Check:
- Monitor Active Directory (AD) replication and performance.
- Check file server availability and disk space.
- Ensure DNS and DHCP services are functioning correctly.
On-Cloud (Azure):
- Monitor virtual machine host health and resource utilization.
- Check Azure app service availability and responsiveness.
- Monitor Azure resource health and consumption.
- Ensure Azure landing zone tunnel network connectivity.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and user access.
Monday- Friday
8.00 - 17.00
Standby on call 24*7
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Support 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานกับ User ได้ดี
- มีใจรักการบริการ Service Mind
- ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Monitoring ระบบ transaction ต่างๆ รับพิจารณาพิเศษ
