Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 1.ทำธุรกรรมทางการเงินสำหรับสินค้านำเข้า เช่น โอนชำระค่าสินค้า, LC, T/R. ทำ Forward Contract และอื่นๆ 2. ประสานงานกับ supplier ต่างประเทศเพื่อขอสินค้าตัวอย่างเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาสั่งซื้อ 3. ดำเนินการเพื่อสั่งซื้อสินค้ารวมทั้งวัตถุดิบ และพร้อมทั้งติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด 4. ติดตามเอกสารการนำเข้าจาก Supplier ต่างประเทศในกรณีที่ supplier แจ้งการส่งสินค้า, ประสานงานกับ Shipping, Forwarder ในการจัดส่งสินค้านำเข้า 6. ติดตามและตรวจสอบการจัดทำค่าใช้จ่ายในการสินค้านำเข้าแบบปกติ และแบบ 19 ทวิ 7. ตรวจสอบรายงานการนำเข้าสินค้าประจำเดือนจัด และทำรายงาน KPI ประจำเดือน 8. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่าทุกๆสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้าสินค้าอาหารหรือFMCG, ด้านพิกัดภาษีนำเข้า, ความรู้ด้าน FTA
  3. มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความรู้ขั้นพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบงานบริหารงานคุณภาพ ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRC
  5. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Internet, E-mail, โซเชียล เป็นอย่างดี
