Job DescriptionsResponsible for the purchase of products and services, tools and equipment, safety equipment, office supply, consumables and all Purchasing & Procurement activities as per assigned by Procurement Manager
- Evaluate and make the evaluation plan on site audit and report to the manager, Record history of the qualified supplier both existing and new suppliers.
- Review the Purchase Order, obtain approval from Division Manager then proceed purchasing procedure.
- Checking, control and report the actual cost versus yearly budget plan to Top management.
- Coordinate with shipper in oversea and perform the processes of custom in order to Import/ Export formalities.
- Coordinate with operation for project estimation and planning for project site.
- Coordinate with operation in case of any purchase required or to solve the problems incurred and report to the manager.
- Issue Purchase Order, obtain approval from Division Manager then proceed purchasing procedure.
- Delegate the work to the subordinates and ensure that each one has performed the job properly.
- Provide information regarding price of the product, service, transportation, rental for the other department if required.
