Job DescriptionsVilla Market is seeking a dynamic and organized Digital Marketing Executive to assist the
Senior Digital Marketing Manager in managing and executing various digital marketing
e6orts. You will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s presence across digital platforms,
collaborating with the creative team, and supporting the execution of marketing
campaigns. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills
while contributing to the success of Villa Market.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Manage and monitor Villa Market’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram,
YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Schedule and post content manually based on the established content calendar.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community
engagement.
• Monitor competitors’ social media activities and provide insights to keep Villa
Market competitive.
Content Planning:
• Develop and maintain content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter).
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with
the overall marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with the graphic and video teams to ensure timely delivery of content for
each platform.
• Adapt content for each platform to ensure it resonates with specific audiences.
Content Scheduling:
• Manually schedule and post content across all relevant social media platforms.
• Ensure content is aligned with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
• Track content deadlines and ensure all assets are uploaded and ready for
distribution.
Basic Analytics Reporting:
• Track and report on key digital marketing metrics such as impressions, reach,
engagement, clicks, and conversions.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for
optimization.
• Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports for internal teams.
• Assist in maintaining and updating dashboards for digital marketing .
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on content marketing.
- Content Development Skills: Proven ability to create engaging and relevant content tailored to di6erent audiences and platforms (including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials)
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to content creation and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools to analyze digital performance metrics and track content e6ectiveness
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to adapt messaging for various platforms and audiences.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail in content presentation and brand messaging.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills to track content deadlines and coordinate with various term.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt content strategies based on performance analytics and emerging trends in digital marketing.
