Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: Content Calendar & Planning (Static Content): •Plan and maintain the content calendar based on the overall marketing strategy. •Ensure all static content (e.g., posts, carousels, infographics, banners) aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions. •Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of creative assets. •Adapt and adjust the content schedule based on performance data, trends, and shifting business priorities. KPI: •Ensure consistent publishing of static content across all digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Line, Website). •Meet monthly content targets and engagement goals for static posts. Campaign Management: •Prepare campaign materials and captions for convert agency to launch paid ads. •Act as the main point of contact (PIC) for any additional requirements, asset requests, or changes related to paid ad campaigns. •Assist in scheduling and publishing organic campaigns across social media platforms. •Develop creative briefs for the graphic team to produce engaging promotional materials. Partnership Coordination: •Manage brand partnerships to secure co-branded campaigns, exclusive deals, and promotional opportunities. •Maintain a calendar of partnership activities and assist in post-campaign reporting for partners. Performance Monitoring: •Track static content and campaign performance metrics, compiling reports for internal use. •Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimize campaign performance. •KPI: Maintain benchmarks for engagement, reach, and click-through rates for all published static content. General Support: •Handle administrative tasks related to campaign execution and scheduling. •Ensure smooth communication with agencies, internal teams, and brand partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content planning
1-2 Years experience in e-commerce marketing
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar scheduling and design platforms.
Working time Monday to Friday and some Saturday 2 times per month (Saturday)
