Job Descriptions
• Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of DTL products. • Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. • Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies. • Review and create new items in the Oracle system from requestor. • Lead meeting and report for MRB & EOL. • Prepares production reports. • Reviews, audits and analyzes Bills of Materials (BOMs) and provides feedback to corporate program teams on potential critical path of production.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering field.
  2. 3 – 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing field
  3. Oracle R12 knowledge is preferred
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA and Pivot).
  5. Monitoring/Assessing performance of the production floor.
  6. Possess self-directed ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs.
  7. Systematically filing as per ISO requirement.
  8. Must be flexible and able to multi-process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  9. Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  10. Fast Leaner and Flexible to the change
  11. Good command both written and spoken English.
  12. Power BI knowledge is preferred.
