Job DescriptionsThe Sales Support/ Sales Assistant reports to the Account Manager for Thailand and is based in Spring Tower, BKK
The Sales Support/ Sales Assistant Support is responsible for business requirement of distributor/ Strategic Accounts including Retail and Project team (if any)
The role priorities are to:
- Coordinate and handling all incoming/routine inquiries from customers.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry.
- Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, complaint document and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Participate in co-visits to customers with the sales team to understand more in customer behaviors and need.
- Work closely with the customers and co-visit in upcountry (time by time).
- Any special assignment by supervisor/manager
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales/Marketing and other related fields Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales support/coordinator/assistance
- Effective communication with strong service minded
- Good command of English, computer, and Microsoft office program literacy
- Customer centricity, relationship building and active listening
- Negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge
- Own a car with driving license
