Business Type: FMCG Position: R&D Technologist Flavor & Seasoning Contract: 1 Year contract Salary: Up to 45,000 THB Location: BTS Phromphong (Onsite 100%) Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8 Hours/day) Job Scope: 1. To conduct sample evaluation session with project team (PD, Sensory, Procurement & Marketing counterparts). 2. Request support documents from suppliers as per Techinical Stage Gate requirment for example - COA - Allergent List - Sodium content, etc 3. Handle further work after project team has identified the seasoning for launch - Manage to get scale up seasoning as per project timeline - Request for Technical data for PLS (Product List Specification) - Request for seasoing specification set up 4. Assist doumentation colleagues to maintain well-being of seasoning documentation 5. Request suppliers to add flavor into FlavourBank 6. Generate the seasoning list from FlavourBank for Lift & Shift project 7. Request the samples (prototypes/seasoning) from suppliers

Qualifications

Degree In Food Sciences/Chemistry/Culinary, minumum B.Sc.
3yrs experience in a Product Development/ Quality assurance in FMCG, Flavor houses or QFS
Knowledge about product development and food ingredient, basic regulatory, specificaiton.
Ability to working with ingredient technical information / data
Good skill to work on Excel and dababase
Fluent in English
