Job Descriptions
• Ability to work safely and in compliance with Arnold Magnetic Technologies’ business practices. • Acting as the liaison between the customer and Arnold Magnetic Technologies’ business units, effectively lead both technical and commercial communications. • Read & interpret engineering documentation (drawings, specifications, Terms and Conditions, etc.) • Develop a thorough understanding of Arnold Magnetic Technologies’ capabilities and target well-suited opportunities. • Assist with all stages of product planning from quoting, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and program management. • Actively participate in engineering design reviews and provide feedback to improve costing, design, and tooling  
Qualifications
  1. Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering field
  2. 5+ years of experience in a motor or its components manufacturing environment
  3. Experience with permanent magnet motors is a plus
  4. Physical requirements
  5. Could require intermittent and long periods of sitting and/or standing
  6. Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 50 pounds
  7. Includes frequent walking, bending, kneeling, stopping, crawling, and crouching
  8. 20/20 vision (ok with correction)
