Job Descriptions
- มอบประสบการณ์การดูแลที่ประทับใจ เพื่อยกระดับความช่วยเหลือแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้าอย่างแท้จริงผ่านอาหาร-เครื่องดื่มที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า
Customer Service
1) ดูแลทุกช่องทางการติดต่อกับลูกค้า และ ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดทุกครั้งที่ติดต่อเข้ามาหาเรา
2) ออกเอกสารใบเสนอราคา-บิล
3) บันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบ
Social Media Management : ทำงานร่วมกับ Brand Manager
1) ดูแลและบริหาร Post-Publish Content ในทุกๆช่องทาง
2) ดูแลและบริหาร Customer Engagement ในทุกๆช่องทาง
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี-สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายได้
- เพศหญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
- Customer-Centric
- มีความ Empathy & Care
