Job Descriptions
เภสัชกรฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ (QA) 1. ควบคุมระบบประกันคุณภาพให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกําหนด GMP และ GDP 2. ดําเนินการเกี่ยวกับปัญหาคุณภาพ รวมถึงการสืบสวนหาสาเหตุต่าง ๆ เช่น Non-conforming product, Deviation, Product Complain 3. ตรวจติดตามด้านคุณภาพ เช่น Internal Quality Audit, Supplier Audit 4. ทบทวนคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์ 5. ดำเนินการกรณีพบปัญหา Recall และ Return เภสัชกรฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC) 1. ควบคุมคุณภาพและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสำเสร็จรูป, วัตถุดิบ, วัสดุบรรจจุ 2. ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานภายในห้องปฏิบัติการ ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด เช่น GMP และ ISO/IEC 17025 3. จัดทำและทบทวนเอกสารคุณภาพหรือรายงานผลที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4. จัดเตรียมเอกสารสนับสนุนต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับทะเบียนตำรับยา 5. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของวิธีทดสอบ (Method Validation)
Qualifications
  1. ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาเภสัชศาสตร์
  2. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
