Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic product management plan for dental implants and biomaterials, aimed at increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the product footprint in existing and new markets. Develop strategies to introduce new products and enhance the performance of current offerings.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from product introduction to phase-out. Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and positioning in the market.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to guide product development and marketing strategies. Utilize insights to adapt products to meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Sales Training: Coach and train the sales team on products and brand value to enhance their ability to provide professional advice and services to customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, RA and T&E teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and execution. Provide product expertise to support sales initiatives and customer engagements.
• Project Management: Lead product-related projects, setting clear milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
Collaboration with T&E:
• Training Support: Work with the T&E team to ensure that product-related training programs are effectively delivered to internal teams and customers. Provide input on content and ensure alignment with product strategies.
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of product knowledge to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell the products.
