Job Descriptions
1.Deal directly with customers either by telephone, chat or face to face
2.Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3.Provide information about sale & rent property and other service
4.Manage and update property databases
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
5.Follow up with customers
6.Coordinate and support salespersons
7.Handle and resolve customer complaints
8.Daily report
Qualifications
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Passion for real estate renting and selling
- Motivated to work in a growing company
- Integrity-based, open-minded, matured and responsible
- Good in communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good computer literacy
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Real estate experience is a plus
