ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00-17.00 น.
รายละเอียดงาน
• ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม ใบกำกับภาษี (Tax Invoice)
• จัดจัดเตรียมและจัดส่งเอกสารในการวางบิลให้ salesman , จัดส่งให้ลูกค้าทางอีเมล์ หรือ ทางไปรษณีย์
• ตรวจสอบ และส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินค่าสินค้า กรณี ที่ลูกค้าจ่ายชำระเงินแล้ว ทั้งทางอีเมล์ และไปรษณีย์
• ตรวจสอบการรับชำระเงิน รวมถึงการตัดยอดลูกหนี้ในระบบ ของ Service
• ตรวจสอบเอกสาร และ register ship to code ในระบบ
• รวบรวม จัดเก็บเอกสารในส่วนงานของการเปิดบัญชีลูกค้า และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- • อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- • วุฒิ ปวส.+ สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- • มีประสบการณ์ AR หรือ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น
