Job Descriptions

1. Contributes to driving sales revenue through E commerce platforms etc (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Others) 2. Develop and execute effective online sales strategies to boost product visibility and drive sales growth 3. Oversee operation E commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and online stores, to drive improvement in CR and Revenue 4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and optimize data to efforts for the highest ROI. 5. Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms 6. Track and analyze competitor to find strengths and weaknesses relative to each competitor. 7. Review and enhance the shop decoration on Seller Center to ensure accuracy and keep it updated. 8. Supervise and train the team to enhance their knowledge and skills. 9. Initiate new idea, project or campaign to maximize for Ecommerce channels. 10. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce
Had background in EL, Gadget and Mobile accessories business is a plus.
Be able to supervise the team members, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and solve problems with excellent problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Market Place tools and Data analytic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Experienced in live broadcasting will be given special consideration
