Job Descriptions
- Lead and supervise a team of import & export professionals, providing guidance, coaching, support and ensure that all assign tasks shall be completed on times. - Guiding the team in setting and achieving goals aligned with the entity’s objectives. - Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed. - Monitor and update status to customer. - Handling import and export shipments and coordinating with the supplier form abroad, freight forwarding agent, customs clearance broker, and internal department (merchandise, sourcing, buying). - Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance and related government parties. - Managing shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, B/L FTA Forms, Checking the accuracy of import-export documents. - Monitor and update status to customer.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business Management or a related field.
  2. Min. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in the logistics, import & export, freight forwarder, supply chain or related fields.
  3. Proficiency in Thai - English or Thai - chinese communication skill is MUST.
  4. Time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
  5. High responsibilities, strong organizational and hard working
  6. Able to do coaching and strong in leadership skill.
  7. Attention to details, Problem Solving skill and good teamwork.
  8. Have experience in Customs data entry / Customs Clearance / Certificate of origin / License/Permit is plus.
  9. Knowledge of laws and regulations, such as trade laws, customs, and import/export regulations both domestically and internationally.
  10. Strong interpersonal skill, Service-mind, enthusiasm and willing to learn.
  11. Logistics management skills.
  12. Ability to resolve issues and handle import/export processes efficiently and promptly.
