Job Descriptions
The Lost Boys Co., Ltd. is looking for an Executive Assistant to help manage our two profitable companies/brands: Fatboys Motorbikes and Fat Buds Job Title: Executive Assistant - Reporting to the Founders & Head of Back Office Salary: • 30,000-38,000 Baht per month, depending on experience • Monthly commissions after passing 6 month probation • Monthly bonuses based on company revenue performance and work performance Benefits: • Government insurance (ประกันสังคม) will be provided upon completion of probation • 18 total days of annual leave - details to be provided during interview Responsibilities: - Help manage and assist the Founder with new employee hiring, and training - including job descriptions, interviews, new employee initiation, employee training, employee welfare - Assist the Head of Back Office with monthly business and government reporting, including sales reports, FDA reports, and license requirements - Manage the retail storefronts and improve any inefficient processes, including employee work schedules, sourcing and ordering supplies, product operations. Implement new ideas with the Lost Boys Team of 25+ employees - Help the Fat Buds sales team with clients during busy periods - Help with any other required administrative tasks, including but not limited to basic design work, competitor research, video editing Work Hours & Location: - This is a full-time position – full training will be provided - The Executive Assistant will be expected to be able to work at both Ekkamai and Sathorn offices/branches + any particular location where required - The shop hours are Mon-Sun 9:30AM-6:30PM for Fatboy's and 12PM-9PM for Fat Buds. Your work hours will typically be 1PM - 9PM, but it depends on your job requirements. - - - This is a startup company. - The Executive Assistant will work 5 days per week in-person. Qualifications
  1. THAI NATIONALS ONLY
  2. At least 30 years old
  3. Previous experience in as a Personal Assistant or Operations Supervisor an advantage
  4. Very organized and highly attentive to detail
  5. Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office programs
  6. Speak very good English with confidence
  7. Extremely punctual, lateness or excuses will not be tolerated
  8. Friendly and loves working with people and leading a team
  9. Independent, hardworking and ambitious - if you need a manager constantly looking at you to make sure you are doing a good job, then this is not the job for you. Work will need to be completed on time with little supervision.
  10. Start Date - Immediate
