- จัดการแผนบริหารกำลังคนในสาขาที่รับผิดชอบ - ควบคุมมาตราฐานการทำงานและ KPI ของทีมงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ควบคุมและพัฒนาปรับปรุงอย่างสม่ำเสมอ - ศึกษางาน Operations ของ Kerry ทั้งระบบ - ทำงานระยะเวลา 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
Qualifications
  1. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีทักษะการเจรจาสื่อสารภายในและภายนอก
  3. มีประสบการณ์โดยตรงในสายงาน Logistics/Express
