Job Descriptions
1. Management and monitoring to ensure effective follow up as task plan. 2. Promotion of Idea Suggestion and Kaizen to achieve target. 3. Improve workflow. Based on the lean process. Basic. 4. Function check. And documents. The system according to ISO9001 and ISO45001 ISO27001 ISO14001 and WI&WP documentation of the agency itself. 5. Trainer Lean Manufacturing basic for new employee of company 6. Behave be formed as good, and follow regulation of a company 7. Create and update news about Kaizen activities both outside the organization and within the organization. 8. Go to working place (GEMBA) for Counseling for Idea Suggestion and Kaizen.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,Industrial engineer or relating level if directly experiences.
  2. Experience in productivity improvement activities such as Lean, Kaizen, QCC etc. (Consider special)
  3. Can use of Microsoft office program, Presentration skill , media skill such as Poster,Journal, Short video clips
  4. The communication skill and presentation those internal or external customer, in the meeting.
  5. TOEIC test score 350 up (or can use English to communicate and pass the company's test.).
  6. Welcome new graduates.
