Job Descriptions
1. รับข้อมูลต่างๆของหน่วยงานผลิตตรวจดูความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วนของข้อมูล 2. บันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆ ของหน่วยงานผลิตลงในคอมพิวเตอร์ 3. ลงข้อมูลการทำงานประจำวัน จำนวนพนักงาน และชั่วโมงการทำงานประจำวัน จำนวนชิ้นงานที่ผลิตได้ในแต่ละวัน แยกตาม ประเภท และรูปแบบชิ้นงาน ปริมาณการใช้วัตถุดิบ บันทึกการซ่อมบำรุง 4. สรุปรายงานประจำเดือน ส่งให้บัญชีต้นทุน 5. จัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้มให้เป็นระเบียบและจัดเรียงในตู้เก็บเอกสารให้หาได้ง่าย 6. จัดส่งเอกสารไปตามแผนกต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7. ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่ใช้ในระบบ 8. ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบการจัดการด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย ตามข้อกำหนด ISO 9001,ISO 14001 9. อื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุ 22-35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.ขึ้นไป (หากไม่มีวุฒิแต่มีความสามารถตามที่ระบุ สามารถตกลงกันได้)
  4. ซื่อสัตย์ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  5. มีความตั้งใจในการทำงาน กระตือรือร้น ขยันและอดทน
  6. สามารถใช้ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. นิสัยดี เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย
  8. ใช้โปรแกรม Express ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นการพิเศษ
