Job Descriptions As a Network/Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the customer’s network to ensure continuous day-to-day operation, including the backup system, which is crucial. Your primary duties will involve managing the IP Phone system, switches, WIFI, conducting wireless site surveys, and overseeing the backup system.
Your role will encompass handling support requests, incidents, and changes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our customer's infrastructure. You will play a key role in networking, starting from monitoring, solving service requests, managing incidents, and implementing changes include backup system and make then delivery OPM documentation.
- Key Network Skills:
Proficiency in Cisco IP PHONE, Cisco switch, IOS upgrade, WIFI
- Key Backup Skills:
Avamar backup , Networker backup
- Monitoring Expertise:
Monitoring bandwidth, Real time traffic capture, Live streaming.
