1. Conduct yearly training needs survey.
2. Create and implement yearly training plan (Internal & External) that align with skill and position competency needed.
3. Develop contracts and policies for overseas training to ensure compliance and accountability.
4. Create a position competency framework and project-based skill matrix for the workforce.
5. Develop and maintain an efficient training system with detailed workflows and procedures.
6. Coordinate with Thai & Chinese head department to implement training to develop their subordinate.
7. Evaluate and summarize training feedback.
8. Create can training contract and tracking the training knowledge sharing after comeback the training in both local and oversea training.
9. Tracking the skill progress and implement after train (Skill Matrix).
10. Develop and care path planning and benefits.
11. Develop and maintain the E-learning system.
12. Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
13. Manage probationary and annual performance evaluations in collaboration with department heads.
Employee Engagement
1. Develop and execute an annual employee engagement activity plan to boost morale and collaboration.
2. Act as a point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns and resolve issues effectively.
3. Organize team-building initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition events to enhance employee satisfaction
4. Maintain training records, skill matrices, and engagement activity logs.
5. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports on training outcomes, engagement metrics, and key achievements.
6. Any required upon Manager.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or related.
- 3 years’ minimum experience in HRD and ER field
- Good in new HR technology
- Good English communication (speaking, writing, and listening)
- Good presentation and speaking Infront of the orients.
- Able to utilize tool and program to create new training method.
- Able to be the training facilitator and MC.
- Fast responsible and proactive working
- Initiative thinking
- Good service and human relations
- Good attitude, working as team and communication skills
- Able to use Adobe premiere/VDO edit, PowToon, Canva (Additional)
