Business Portfolio Management:
● Oversee a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring each one is aligned with the
company’s strategic goals.
● Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, driving both client
satisfaction and business profitability.
● Regularly review and analyze the portfolio to identify opportunities for growth, retention,
and improvement.
Client Relationship Leadership:
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main
point of contact and trusted advisor.
● Understand client business objectives and provide tailored strategies to achieve their
goals.
● Proactively address client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high client
satisfaction levels.
Operational Excellence:
● Lead and streamline operations across accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on
time, within scope, and budget.
● Implement processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of work
across teams.
● Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to ensure
seamless execution of campaigns.
Business Development:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and outside the existing portfolio.
● Collaborate with the growth team to develop and execute strategies for expanding the
client base.
● Provide strategic insights and feedback to refine service offerings and market approach.
Financial Management:
● Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all client accounts.
