Job Descriptions

1. Handle customer complaints, claims, and audits related to quality concerns. 2. Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and make decisions on nonconforming products when standards are unclear. 3. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness in addressing customer quality issues.

Qualifications

Age: 27-35 years.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC or process engineering.
Basic knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, and sampling plans.
Responsible for handling customer complaints, claims, and quality audits.
Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English.
