1. Plan and monitor after sale daily works. 2. Prepare Sparepart safety stock ,prices and keep monitoring. 3. Conduct training for sale and after sale team for product technical knowledge. 4. Manage and improve after sale service processes. 5. Demonstrate the installation for project business. 6. Oversee the administration of service contracts, warranties and guarantees. 7. Build contract partners in other regions to use their service for the areas oustside manpower such as South , North and North East 8. Ensure that clients’ expectations are managed professionally and fairly. 9.
