Job Descriptions
-รับออเดอร์จากลูกค้า และทำ Booking เรือ/รถ
-แจ้ง Pre-Alert ไปยัง Agent และส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องไปยังลูกค้า
-รับข้อร้องเรียนและแจ้งไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-สรุปรายงานต่างๆตามที่ลูกค้าหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-เบิกเคลียร์ค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งออก
-เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้า ตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ บริหารโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ผ่านการอบรมเกี่ยวกับเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก จากหน่วยงานที่ได้รับอนุญาติจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้นำเข้า-ส่งออก
- สามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษได้
