Job Descriptions
Responsibility: • Identify target, growth industries and drive sales in new industries • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a quarterly visit plan • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations • Gain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements. • Effectively utilize resources and coordinate with concerned parties or technical teams to solve issues and create solutions to respond to the customers requirements; ensure that their satisfaction is fulfilled. • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations and proposal • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. • Gain and maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services to improve and enhance opportunities in a niche markets. • Monitor, Review, and report sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets • Own, achieve, and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts • Strive to gain competitiveness and keep up with industry developments
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
  2. At least 3 - 5 years experience in AE, Sales Management, or relevant role
  3. Passionate in StartUp, B2B2C, Marketing Technology environment
  4. Required active listening, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization, commitment, persistent attitude
  5. Ability to research, analyze, design, and deliver presentations
  6. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  7. Excellent verbal, written, communication, and negotiation skills
  8. Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  9. Proficiency with business and data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  10. Proven experience with sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  11. Proven development of innovative and impactful digital solutions
  12. Practical experience generating process improvement, documentation, and reports
  13. Experience with business process development techniques
  14. Experience with MarTech platform, CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
  15. Experience with Digital Marketing, Social media, LINE, Data visualization, UX design is a plus
