Job Descriptions

1. Lead the development team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. 2. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project goals align with business objectives. 3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. 4. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery and support. 5. Ensure high-quality code and development practices through regular code reviews and testing. 6. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. 7. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 8. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in project management and team leadership within a software development environment.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Vue.JS, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, MySQL, AWS, Git, and Docker.
Project Management: Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
