Job Descriptions
• Preparing the data for RFQ and organize production routing and master BOM to team. • Consider parameters which relate cost of project as cycle time, manpower, machine size, assembly method, packing instruction etc. to minimize cost and high efficiency. • Scheduling project timelines by synchronize with customer timelines. • Develop and maintain required validation and project management documents • Performing quality plastic sampling and assembly for samples approval to ensure technical and customer requirement for assigned projects are achieved. • Cooperating and communicating with the customer for clarify requirement or issue problems during initiate project until stable mass production. • Ensuring production after release are compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications as process control. • Collaboration with senior engineers or colleagues to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability. • Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. • Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals • Develop and/or review engineering change requests for modifications to processes, equipment, ergonomics, work layout and facilities • Support development of new technology, existing technology, and existing production lines to improve quality, profitability, and safety
Qualifications
  1. Female or male
  2. 25 – 35 years old
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field or equal by experience
  4. At least 3 years in Project Management
  5. Good communication skills in Thai & English both spoken & written
  6. Hands-on. Excellent Organization and Leadership skills
  7. Good computer literacy including MS Office, Experience in ERP
