- Lead and manage a team of CNC operators, ensuring that all production goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. - Monitor the performance of team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed. - Plan and coordinate the scheduling of CNC operators, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the production process. - Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

CNC experience and exposure
Working well under pressure
Knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures
Good written and verbal communication skill
Strong organizational and planning skills
