Job Descriptions1.Handle customer complaints and find effective solutions to resolve their problems.
2.Collect customer opinions and suggestions to improve services.
3.Work with other departments such as developers, or technical teams to solve complex problems or answer inquiries.
4.Handle problems and complaints efficiently, even in high-pressure situations with time constraints or a high volume of customers.
Qualifications - Good command of written/ spoken English.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Be able to work on Saturday - Sunday for rotating.
- Good service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive thinking, active, fast learning, enthusiastic and good relationships.
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Customer Complaints would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as Malay, Indonesian, or others, will be considered an advantage.
