Job Descriptions
1. Record OpEx transactions (oversea/domestic) in ERP
2. Issue purchase tax invoice (7%) and preparing input vat report
3. Record sub-ledger of account payable and reconciliation to general ledger in ERP
4. Record and prepare receiving voucher including proper evidence support in ERP
5. Record stock card and movement control including tracking to BOM in ERP
6. Physical checking (count) for all inventory stock to ensure proper recoded in ERP & prepare purchase report and SG&A report
7. Prepare and monitor petty cash-cash control & record accrual expense and withholding tax application (PND.1/3/53)
8. Control and reconciliation chart of account which are responsible
9. Renew and control property tax and factory license
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
- Minimium 5 years accounting experience or above
- Able to tightdeadline and work independently
- Audit experience is preferable but not essential
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Accounting software (such as Quickbooks)
- Work indepently, self-motivated
