• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensuring quality standards for parts and new product.
• Execute sourcing, negotiation strategy and category management.
• Perform risk, cost-scenarios, pricing analysis and Market Intelligent update & trends for each product category.
• Execute purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Execute supplier assessment effectively is applied and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards to aid and improve business performances.
Supplier management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for parts and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, and manage supplier performance, including cost, quality.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with policies.
• Execute sourcing and category strategy to support new business growth to project timeline.
Project management
• Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and project status to senior management.
• Lead sourcing activities for large-scale projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value engineering within the sourcing process.
Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional team in qualifying new products or new supplier to ensure that quality is not compromised at every stages of a product lifecycle.
• Work closely with branch managers, operations teams, and suppliers to understand branch-specific demand and operational needs.
• Communicate regularly with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
