Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, Negotiate and close complex sales deals. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Planning actively seeking out new clients through calling (80%), networking and social media and other.
- Management and visiting clients (20%), and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote and present company.
Sales Strategy Development / Team Management:
- Assistant sales managing director to development and new strategies for increase sales target and others assignment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. - Works with the marketing team offline & online to develop sales strategies.
- Preparing weekly and monthly report for Sale team., verifying & summarizing monthly sales target strategy amount report, flash report, and all related to management team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Ensure that sales representatives follow established sales methodologies.
- Manage a team, Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Recruitment role:

Management, planning, training staff of process to sourcing candidates via various methods.
(as participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)

Seeking and evaluating candidates via interview and phone interview after that making document profile of candidate before sending to clients.

Qualifications - Male or Female, Age 30Y – 35Y or rerated
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate sales, B2B preferably in a similar industry or Recruitment Agency.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal Both Thai and English kills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
- proficiency in excel, word, power point other.
