Job Descriptions
1. Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the responsible segments (80% contributions for UG, UG-WA, MBA and 20% contributions for Public Programs)
2. Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying (Facebook, Google Search, Tiktok, Line Ad etc.), conversion rate and data and analytics to support future business growth
3. Lead and work alongside Digital Team, and co-working team such as Graphic Design team and Admissions teams, to establish the best plan and execution to the use of marketing technologies
4. Create and develop online advertising optimization related materials; creative images, videos and landing pages
5. Develop key owned media, such as main-site (information site + eCommerce), for the best site performance (SEO/PPC, Lead/Purchasing Conversion Rate) and greater users/buyers experience
6. Monitor data tracking accuracy in the CRM system
7. Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on performance tracking
8. Work closely with external digital marketing support teams, such as website support team and CRM support team to maintain, find solutions for any issues and develop marketing activities and data management on the college’s owned media channels and data pool.
9. Develop content creation for key segment (degree programs) for all key online channels (Facebook, IG, Line, TikTok)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (at least) in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing
- Good command of English skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Has experience of leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders – including line management, distribution, brand and technology
- Ability to handle multi-task responsibilities, working under pressure and tight timeline.
- Has experience of creating and executing marketing activities to drive company’s sales
- Goal–oriented, fast learning and flexible
- Has experience of implementing and working with marketing technology such as CRM management, data mining, data tracking and analytics strategies. (Hubspot, Data Studio or other CRM management experience is preferable)
- Has based knowledge and understanding of eCommerce marketing and online purchasing and payment flows (Solid experience of using and managing content and data on WooCommerce and Wordpress is preferable)
- Ability to use Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro (Preferable)
