Job Descriptions
- Handle assigned customers’ accounts, ensure good liaison between company and customers
- Ensure that all jobs are handled completely and effectively
- Responds to client concerns and maintains customer relations and satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
- Ensure that Customer Satisfaction Evaluation are handled by the team and present to Manager and Regional Team for further evaluation
Completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience in Sales Coordinator or Sales Admin
- Experience in Jewelry Factory would be advantaged
- Proficient in English
