Company: Auto Business Corporation Co., Ltd. Business Size: 1 billion THB Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a 1 billion THB business. Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decisions. 2. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. 3. Cost Control & Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize costs, manage expenses, and improve profitability. 4. Risk Management: Monitor financial risks, ensure proper internal controls, and manage financial audits. 5. Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective cash flow management to meet the company’s operational and growth needs. 6. Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. 7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient operations and professional development.

Qualifications

Age Requirement: 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in managing a large-scale business with a turnover of at least 1 billion THB.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax laws.
Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, Oracle NS, SAP, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
