Job Descriptions1.Project analysis: review project specifications, blueprints and other relevant documents to understand the scope, materials, labor and equipment requirements
2.Provide quotations based on the engineering drawings and material cost breakdown
3.Bid proposals: Coordinate internal resources, work closely with Sales & PM, Procurement, Production and other departments to estimate product costs (including material costs, processing time, and other related expenses) and prepare final bid proposals for projects incorporating estimated costs and relevant details
4.Budget development: contribute to the development of project budgets by providing detailed cost breakdowns and collaborating with project managers to ensure financial feasibility
5.Cost Tracking: Monitor actual project costs against estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle. Identity and report any variations, helping project managers make informed decisions. Review the materials and subcontract quotations provided by the procurement team, and promptly raise unreasonable prices
6.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of cost estimates, assumptions and data sources. Ensure that documentation is organized and easily accessible for reference
