Job Descriptions
Job Summary Verify invoices and enter invoices for AP Indirect Material (with PO) into SAP system and send to authorized persons for checking and approval. Transfer deferred purchase vat 7% to purchase vat 7%. . Job Responsibilities - Verify the correctness of invoice or tax invoices and post invoices for AP indirect material (with PO) to SAP System Monthly. - Verify the correctness of invoice or tax invoices and post invoices for AP indirect material (with PO) to SAP System Daily - Transfer deferred Purchase Tax 7% to Purchase Tax 7% when receipt original tax invoice and prepare purchase tax report - Input purchase tax 7% of Customs dept.for sale car out of the free zone, scrap and part (sell and by back).
Qualifications
  1. Female, Male
  2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  3. New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting function
  4. Knowledge of VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp duty, Revenue code
  5. Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  6. Good command of both spoken and written in English
  7. Proficiency in accounting software SAP, ERP, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  8. Good interpersonal skill and can handle multitask
