Job Descriptions

• Conduct regular cost analyses to identify and explain variances between actual and standard costs. • Analyze inventory levels and product costs to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability. • Collaborate with production teams to review and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. • Prepare the Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory reports for the financial statements, providing management with accurate and timely information for decision-making. • Monitor and evaluate production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement. • Perform cost analysis on new product designs, assessing their feasibility and potential profitability. • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations. • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and oversee physical inventory counts. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies. Qualifications

Age 30-38 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Have working at least 2 years in cost accountant from any manufacturing industry.
At least 1 year management experience
Advance conversation middle of English
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, practices, and standards.
Proficiency in using cost accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
CPA, CPD is an advantage.
