Job Descriptions1. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to optimize both room revenue and
banquet/event revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish sales targets and budgets.
2. Sales & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential group and corporate bookings.
- Create attractive promotions, packages, and special offers to attract new guests and repeat business.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and a positive brand
experience in all sales segments.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns.
4. Sales Activities:
- Manage the hotel's event and conference sales efforts by targeting corporate events, weddings,
and other social gatherings.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients for room bookings and event bookings.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into bookings.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to maximize revenue opportunities, including crosspromotion of room bookings and F&B services.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance for the hotel's management team.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies based on data and analysis.
