Job Descriptions
- Gathering insights of the current processes under fixed Broadband operations team to identified issues or action for improvements and recommended solutions or new processes. - Evaluating current processes in Fixed Broadband operations and identifying potential areas for automation transition and improvements. - Implement recommended solutions/processes approved by management as a project manager role. - Recommended automation requirements to improve Fixed broadband operation - Training and coaching staff members under the change implements. - Collaborating with managers and executives to ensure changes are effective.
Qualifications
  1. BSc./Graduate in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Sciences or related Fields.
  2. Familiar with Fixed Broadband Technology, Fixed Network Engineering or Operations.
  3. Strong awareness with Machine Learning Software and Data Analytics tools such as python, pytorch, Numby, SQL Language, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
  4. Proficiency in SQL Language and Data analytic tool such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
  5. People skills.
  6. Team working.
  7. Good communication in Thai/English.
