Job Descriptions
- Oversee the quality operations of all PCB products in the factory to ensure they meet standards and customer specifications.
- Plan and manage QA processes by setting quality goals, monitoring, and measuring to improve product quality.
- Develop and implement quality control measures and continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise in the PCB manufacturing process.
- Propose solutions to minimize errors and enhance production efficiency to the management team.
- Coordinate with customers to review and resolve quality issues, including handling customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and prepare relevant documentation.
- Training and develop the QA team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills for quality inspection and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5-10 years of experience as a QA Manager or in a senior role within the PCB industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and related quality standards.
- Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, or IATF16949 standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
