Job Descriptions

Roles and Responsibilities •Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems - IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice/Policies. •Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing of Disabled Refuge, Public Address, Call System & Induction Loops in accordance with relevant British Standard and other relevant. Codes of Practice/Policies. •Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings. •Liaising with ARC (Alarm receiving centres) •Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings. •Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc. •Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality. •Responding to out of hours service calls.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineer Systems Engineering or related fields. or equivalent experience
Proficient in the use of computers and knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Team/Sharepoint )) and AutoCAD
Good command of English skills
Hold the Engineering license (for Thai), Car/Driving License
Able to work at Rayong or other construction sites
Demonstrate at least 4 years previous experience in a Security role.
Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Security Systems.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Sound administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same.
Full Driving License (subject to inspection for company insurances)
Knowledge of IP Systems / Networking is preferable
Knowledge of any of the following Intruder Alarms, Access control, CCTV and Intercom
using a range of equipment including: Honeywell, Pelco, Bosch, Hikvision
Manufacturers training for any of the following: Honeywell, Pelco, Bosch, Hikvision, Milestone
