Job Descriptions1.Manage reception and visitor services, greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or meeting room.
2.Organize and prepare internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting materials and arranging seating. Record meeting minutes and distribute meeting summaries.
3.Handle incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
4.Maintain a list of fixed assets, conduct regular audits and disposal processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in purchasing, receiving and distributing assets.
5.Manage office supplies, including planning purchases, distributing supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
6.Promote internal communication, ensure accurate dissemination of information and timely feedback. Coordinate inter-departmental work and promote teamwork.
7.Assist foreign teachers in teaching preparation, confirm foreign teachers' class time, and arrange class schedules. Keep in touch with parents and provide feedback on students' English learning.
8.Perform temporary tasks assigned by superiors, such as participating in company event preparations or assisting in market research.
