Job Descriptions

1.Perform BOI tasks regarding all necessary processes as required by BOI rule and regulation and processing all documentation concerning BOI requirements. 2.Responsible for applying in IC RMTS (RAW MATERIAL TRACKING SYSTEM) online system and EMT (Electronic Machine Tracking BOI) online 3.Process to get the BOI approval for cutting stock of raw materials and control max stock for raw materials. 4.Conducting reports for BOI, Customs, and IEAT department. 5.Import and export under BOI conditions including CO origin. 6.Have knowledge in Import-Export process and document (INV PL AWB BL TWB) that can prepare document, check import tax, vat and solve the problem 7.Have knowledge all logistics and Inco-terms process in every transportation by Sea, Air, Truck and Express. (CIF CIP FOB EXW DAP DDU DDP) 8.Coordinating with shipping and freight forwarders regarding customs processes. 9.Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply chain or Foreign Trade management or related fields
Aged 30-40 years or at least 3 years’ experience in dealing with Thai Customs and BOI activities as well as import and export operations.
Able to drive and manage import-export operation smoothly.
Communication skills and the ability to deal with government officials and business clients.
Strong supervisory skills, hands-on ability and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Good command of English or Chinese and computer skill.
